Wang Huan works on two parallel tracks: proven commercial systems (brand globalization and influencer marketing) and an emerging new mode of production (AI Coding and human-AI collaboration).

My Story

For years, I’ve done one very concrete and practical thing: help brands enter overseas markets and grow through localized influencer systems. This isn’t a one-off campaign experiment — it’s a scalable growth system: creator selection logic, content structure, conversion paths, long-term collaboration mechanisms, and brand asset accumulation.

While building businesses, I’ve increasingly recognized that many problems aren’t solved by “working harder” — they’re systemic failures caused by collaboration costs, context fragmentation, unclear specs, and disorganized reviews.

So I began investing in another track: AI Coding × human-AI collaboration. My concern isn’t “can AI write code?” but rather: when AI can write code, draft proposals, and do analysis, how should humans divide labor? How should teams use Spec-driven development? How do you turn review, quality gates, and context governance into executable processes?

Two Tracks

Brand Globalization × Influencer Marketing — helping brands build localized creator systems in overseas markets (Southeast Asia and beyond), moving from single campaigns to long-term partnerships and brand asset accumulation.

AI Coding × Human-AI Collaboration — upgrading AI from “write a snippet of code” to “collaborative productivity,” driving complex system development with Spec, and engineering the review process.
